Withdrawals

Pleasing Golden offers safe and fast withdrawals. We also offer a wide variety of options and support for simple and easy-to-understand deposits and withdrawals so that our customers can trade with peace of mind. For deposit and withdrawal procedures, we prioritise the safety of your personal information, investment funds, and profits.

1. Withdrawals are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

2. Please note that Pleasing Golden does not charge a fee for Domestic Bank Transfer withdrawals, but you will be charged a bank transfer fee. The fee is a flat rate of 160 yen.

3. Pleasing Golden does not charge a transaction fee, but STICPAY will incur a transaction fee. For details, please refer to your registered STICPAY My Page.

Third Party Payments

We do not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must originate from an account in your name. If you have a joint account, it will be accepted only if you are one of the parties associated with that account.

In cases where we suspect third-party funding, we reserve the right to return the funds to the remitter. To ensure compliance, we may request additional information or documentation related to the source of funds.

Please note that withdrawals to third parties are not processed by Pleasing Golden; any such requests will be cancelled.

Enhanced Due-Diligence

For your security and compliance, we conduct additional due diligence on large withdrawal requests. As a result, processing times for these withdrawals may be longer than usual.

Insufficient Trading

If a client deposits funds and requests a withdrawal without engaging in significant trading activity, we reserve the right to apply applicable merchant fees along with a discretionary handling fee to the client’s account upon withdrawal. We actively notify clients when we detect suspicious activity. Repeated instances of misuse may result in the immediate closure of the client’s account.
